You can book a session by filling out the booking request form linked on the Sessions page. This form helps Kyson learn more about your project and coordinate a date and time for the session.
Yes. A non-refundable $80 deposit is required to secure your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Kyson after submitting your booking request form, which includes a link to pay the deposit. This amount goes toward your final session fee, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Studio sessions start at $200 for a song up to 5 minutes long. For every additional minute beyond that, the fee increases by $30.
Examples:
• 3:38 song = $200
• 6:22 song = $260
You can find a full pricing chart on the Sessions page.
Whether remote or in-person, each session is dedicated to adding drums and percussion to one song from start to finish. You'll upload a few stems (like your song audio, isolated vocals, or drum references) via the booking form. Kyson will then confirm your session date and time by email. Each session includes real-time collaboration and wraps up with delivery of the final drum and percussion stems.
Each session focuses on one song to ensure the best possible result. If you have more than one song, just submit a separate booking request for each one. Kyson would love to work with you on as many tracks as you’d like—one at a time.
Remote sessions follow the same booking process as in-person ones. On the scheduled day, Kyson sends you a draft of the drum part at 11am (MST). From there, you’ll collaborate in real time—through text, phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, or whatever works best for you. Once you’ve landed on the final version, Kyson will send over the finished stems!
